SeeBurst may offer a 14-day free trial. Trial eligibility, activation conditions, feature access, and limits are determined by us and may depend on the plan selected and setup requirements. The free trial is currently available for the Starter plan only.
No payment is required to start the free trial unless expressly stated otherwise.
The trial starts after required setup is completed.
When the free trial ends, access to content generation, publishing, and related functions may be paused or limited unless you choose and pay for a paid plan, if and when paid billing is enabled.

As between you and SeeBurst, you retain ownership of content you submit and the generated output you choose to use, subject to any rights of third parties and any rights needed for us to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use and submit the content, instructions, domains, and materials you provide.
SeeBurst may support automated workflows, including automatic publishing, if enabled in your configuration or workflow settings. You are responsible for reviewing your settings and for the content published through your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not guarantee any specific SEO, traffic, ranking, publishing, revenue, or business result.

If your trial ends without payment, or if your paid subscription ends, we may retain your data for up to 60 days after the end of access and then delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal, accounting, security, or dispute-related retention needs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
