Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains SeeBurst's billing, free-trial, cancellation, and refund terms.

1. Free Trial

SeeBurst offers a 14-day free trial for the Starter plan.
The free trial is currently offered without requiring a credit card. The free trial is not available for Growth or Enterprise plans.

The trial begins when the account and workspace setup is completed.

8. Data After Trial or Cancellation

If a free trial ends without conversion, or if a paid subscription ends, we may retain account and service data for up to 60 days after the end of access and then delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-related retention needs.
