Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains SeeBurst's billing, free-trial, cancellation, and refund terms.

1. Free Trial

SeeBurst offers a 14-day free trial for the Starter plan.
The free trial is currently offered without requiring a credit card. The free trial is not available for Growth or Enterprise plans.

The trial begins when the account and workspace setup is completed.

At the end of the trial:

• content generation, publishing, and related work may stop or be paused
• access may be limited until the user chooses and pays for a paid plan, if and when billing is enabled

2. Paid Plans

The intended paid plans displayed on the website are:

• Starter: USD 50 per month, up to 30 articles per month
• Growth: USD 119 per month, up to 60 articles per month
• Enterprise: USD 200 per month, up to 90 articles per month

Enterprise remains contact-led.

3. Billing and Renewal

When paid plans are enabled:

• you are charged at the beginning of the paid subscription period
• subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal
• you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and any taxes or similar charges that may apply

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law:

• cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• you keep access until the end of that billing period
• no partial-period credits or prorated refunds are provided

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law:

• fees are non-refundable
• we do not provide refunds for unused time, unused features, or partial billing periods
• renewals are non-refundable once processed

6. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:

• retry the charge
• limit or pause access
• suspend generation, publishing, and related features
• cancel the subscription if payment is not successfully completed

7. Changes to Pricing

We may change pricing, plan features, or plan limits from time to time. Updated pricing will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated.

8. Data After Trial or Cancellation

If a free trial ends without conversion, or if a paid subscription ends, we may retain account and service data for up to 60 days after the end of access and then delete, anonymize, or de-identify it, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-related retention needs.
